About Coast Makers
A Community of Makers on the Sunshine Coast of BCOur community
Coast Makers is a community of makers on the Sunshine Coast of BC. We *mostly* meet monthly on the third Thursday of every month.
We host two main public events a year. The Sunshine Coast Mini Maker Faire is held in the spring and our Santa's Makeshop" is held in November.
We also partner with the Gibsons Library to run creative electronics workshops for youth.
We are in the process of developing an 8 week curriculum to offer each spring and fall through local rec centres
The Coast Makers Community was founded with the support of the Gibsons and District Chamber of Commerce
